FOXPOST is a simple, flexible, contactless, and environmentally friendly way to send and receive parcels. If you choose to have your order delivered to any FOXPOST parcel locker, you don’t have to wait at home for the courier all day. The nationwide network of parcel lockers, which is constantly expanding, is easily accessible across the country, both indoors and outdoors, and is available from morning until evening.
Once we hand over your package to FOXPOST, they will deliver it to the locker within 1 business day, and you will receive an SMS notification with a unique code that allows you to pick up your parcel within 3 days.
Important: payments at the lockers can only be made by bank card. You can return your parcel within 14 days according to the webshop’s return policy. This can be done easily at any FOXPOST locker by entering your unique parcel pickup code again.
